Starter can be frozen:
No METAL SPATULA USE PLASTIC ONLY (Takes 1 cup of starter
to make a cake) To Make the Starter: 1 cup sugar 1 cup flour 1 cup milk DAY 1 STIR DAY 2 STIR DAY 3 STIR DAY
4 STIR DAY 5 ADD and Stir well 1 cup flour 1 cup milk DAY 6 Stir Day 7 STIR Day 8 DO NOTHING DAY
9 DO NOTHING DAY 10 ADD and Stir well
For 3 Friends, pass along starters and Directions, or freze the starter for
the next time you would like to make the Bread.
Now that you have the starter ready to use. Time to make the
Bread or Cake which ever you would like to call it. To me this would be a very good cake, fill it with nut's make's
it better.....
1 Cup sugar 1 cup Flour 1 Cup MIlk To remaining starter ADD 4 eggs 1 cup Flour 2
to 3 teaspoons Cinnamon 1 cup oil 1 teaspoon Baking Soda 2 teaspoos Vanilla 1 cup Sugar 1 small box Vanilla
instant pudding Grate in 2 med. Carrots 1 cup Nuts 1 cup Raisins
Beat by hand till well mixed, divide into
2 greased load pans or 1 bunt pan.
Bake at 350 to 375 for 45 to 50 min or until toothpick comes out clean
In
1 cup 1/4 cup melted butter 2 heaping Tablespoons of Powdered sugar Fill cup with Rum or Amaretto
Pour over
cake while cake is hot on a cake plate it will act like a vacuum into cake.
Well this does take a few days to prepare,
but it is sure worth it, I love all the nuts in it makes for a better cake if you like the nuts.
