Onion Ring Batter

From the kitchen of Mary Ellen Burdick

Ingredients:

Beat 2 eggs
Stir in
1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Beat in 1 teaspoon cooking oil

Deep fry thinkly sliced Onion's and thinly sliced Carrots together

Very good mixing them.
