Mix together:

4 cups flour                    

1 teaspoon salt                 

1 teaspoon baking powder

1-2/3 cup shortening

Mix and add to above:

1/2 cup lukewarm water 1 egg

1 tablespoon vinegar

Makes 2 – 2 crust pies
