Ingredients:
1 lb. Sausage Seasoned 4 to 6 Eggs Beaten Milk 1/2
loaf Dried Bread cut or broken in small pieces
Cook Sausage, drain well
Mix the eggs and milk together Egg's
beat 4 or more eggs (I like more) 2 Cups Milk (might need more) needs to be soaked
Let the mixture soak into the
dried bread.
When soaked mix in the sausage seasoned to your taste
Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes or until
done
When I make this it is in a 9 X 13 cake pan and none is left for later.
