1 pound Ground Beef 1/2 cup Minced Onion 1 Clove Garlic 2 Tablespoons Butter 2 Tablespoons Flour Scant
1/2 teaspoon Salt 1/4 teaspoon Pepper 1/4 Cup Water 1 (4 oz.) can Mushrooms, with liquid 1 can Cream of Chicken
Soup, undiluted 1 cup Sour Cream
Brown ground beef with onion; drain
Stir in next six ingredients
Cook
five minutes
Stir in soup; simmer uncovered 10 minutes
Stir in sour cream.
Heat through but do not allow
it to boil
Serve over Noodles or Rice
