6 ounces groung beef 6 ounces ground pork 6 ounces ground veal 1/2 cup plain dry
bread crumbs 3 taboespoos minced onion 2 tablespoons ketchup plus additional ketchup for serving 1 talbespoon worcestershire
sauce Yolk of 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon pepper 4 hamburger buns, split
In medium bowl, combine the ground meats,
bread crumbs, onion, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, egg yolk, salt, and pepper.
Shape into 4 patties, each 1/2 to 3/4
inch thick.
Grill outside or inside cook until done
Serve on the buns toasted or not
