5 lbs potatoes,
sliced
1 small can mushrooms
2 cups cubed ham
1/2 lb American
cheese
1 large onion, sliced
3 cups milk
2/3 cups flour
Salt & Pepper to taste
Layer half of potatoes on bottom. Sprinkle 1 cup ham over potatoes. Sprinkle 1/2 of onion
over ham, them sprinkle 1/2 can mushroom over onions. Then put cheese slices
to cover.
Repeat first layer. Then mix 3 cups milk and 2/3 cups flour. Pour on top. Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
