1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Milk 1/3 cup Lemon Juice Few drops yellow food coloring 2
or 3 Teaspoons grated Lemon Peel 3 Egg Whites 1/4 teaspoon Cream of Tartar Whipped topping, Optional Lemon slices,
optional
In large bowl, combine sweetened Milk with Lemon Juice, food coloring and grated lemon peel.
Blend
well in small bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff but not dry.
Gently fold into lemon mixture.
Pour
into prepared crust
chill
If desired at serving time garnish with topping and lemon slices.
