SourDough Starter

Over night Sour Dought Starter

3 Tablespoons Dry Yeast
4 Cups Flour
4 Cups Warm Water

Mix some does not need a lot as it will break it's self down.

Ready to use in 6 hours.
 
3 Day SourDough Starter:::
 
2 cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt
3 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Pkg. Dry Yeast or 1 Heaping Tablespoon
2 cups Luke warm Water

Put in a Gallon Glass or Plastic Jar

Stir from time to time

Be sure to stir at least once a day

When you use any of the starter ALWAYS put back 1 cup or Flour and 1 cup warm Water.

Stir don't have to get the lumps out they will do that there selves

I have use this for year's and I have frozen the starter if I do not use it once a week.

If Frozen:  Let thaw add 1 cup Flour and 1 Cup warm Water and use the next day.
